Amruth Achanta
Founder & Chief DeveloperAmruth Achanta is the Vice President of the Leo Lions Club and a Senior at The Woodlands College Park High School, where he organizes operations and develops unique solutions for the LEO club. Amruth recently completed an internship at the Woodlands Area Chamber of Commerce, allowing him to gain valuable insights into business development, even being featured in their ‘Business Today’ magazine. Through the ‘DECA’ organization, Amruth has developed business solutions for numerous nonprofit organizations. Using this experience and his passion for education, Amruth founded LearnersForLearning to empower, inspire, and bring opportunity to young students like himself.
Rohan Reddy
Operations ManagerRohan Reddy is a Sophomore at The Woodlands High School and a Junior Varsity football player with a passion for business, leadership, healthcare, and service. Rohan is a DECA State Finalist and an active member of the Hindu Temple of the Woodlands Youth Club with over 100+ volunteer hours, assisting in various cultural and educational events. Using this experience and balancing academics, athletics, and a passion for service, Rohan now serves as LearnersForLearning’s Operations Manager, combining strategic thinking with a commitment to helping those in need through entrepreneurship and community impact.
Micah Blair
Outreach CoordinatorMicah Blair is a Senior and the President of The Woodlands College Park High School Leo Lions Club, where he leads student-driven volunteer efforts across the North Houston area. Through this role, he has built strong skills in community outreach, team leadership, and service coordination while fostering long-term relationships with local organizations. Using his background in volunteer networking and service leadership, Micah now serves as LearnersForLearning’s Outreach Coordinator, helping to expand partnerships and connect student volunteers with meaningful opportunities for impact and growth.
William J. Rossi
Marketing ManagerWilliam, “Will” J. Rossi is a driven communicator with a background in student leadership, media production, and nonprofit advocacy. As a current member of Student Council and former intern for a corporate media team, he honed his skills in strategic storytelling and digital engagement. Passionate about creating positive change, William founded a nonprofit dedicated to promoting healthy living, blending creativity with community impact. Now, as the Marketing Manager at Learners for Learning, he leverages his expertise to amplify the organization’s mission through compelling content and innovative outreach.
Nishka Patel
Higher Education OutreachNishka Patel is a Junior at Texas A&M University with a Major in Chemistry and a Minor in Pre-Med. She is a Board Member of the American Chemical Society Texas A&M Chapter, where she plans and executes events that foster community outreach and engagement among members. She works as a Medical Assistant and Pharmacy Technician, where she dedicates her time to helping others. Nishka now serves as LearnersForLearning’s Higher Education Outreach Coordinator, helping extend the program’s reach and give university students important opportunities for growth and development.
Jackson Turner
Student AdvisorJackson, “Jack” Turner is a Senior at The Woodlands College Park High School and a Varsity singer for the Cavalier Choir with a love for strategy, learning, and service. Jack is an active member of the Lord of Life Lutheran church youth group, having served in many youth group projects and mission trips, including helping at a summer camp for underprivileged children. Jack’s friends call him the ‘Jack of all trades’ due to his experience in Rocketry, Accounting, Music, Athletics, Gaming, and Service. Jack now serves as LearnersForLearning’s student advisor, using his vast experience in several fields and his passion for helping others.
Aaditya Aravind
Lead Curriculum StrategistAaditya Aravind is a passionate technologist, musician, and aspiring physicist with a strong background in Python and Java. He has developed a music-tech project through tech programs, taught Rubik’s Cube classes to students in his community, and worked with younger kids to make physics and STEM concepts fun and approachable at a highly revered robotics internship. His interdisciplinary approach, fusing computation, creativity, and communication, shapes everything he builds, teaches, and performs. Aaditya now uses these skills and experiences to help innovate and shape LearnersForLearning’s course curricula.
